Boston is a special place for me. Steeped in history. A few friends there. And excellent sports teams!

Congratulations to the Red Sox for taking the American League pendant last night, best of British for the World Series.

New England Patriots are flying in the NFL and looking to be 'the' team to beat. Dek's Tip : Odds on for the SuperBowl.

MSL has many fine teams, and possibly the best in the current season are Chivas, and NY RedBull (go JP Angel!). But the Revolution are doing well, even after throwing a 2-0 lead away, at Toronto. (Toronto are managed by Mo Johnston, and are the MLS' newest franchise!)

Don't care too much for (ice) hockey, sorry Bruins, and have never fancied the Celtics in basketball (prefer to watch Chicago or, LA!)

Hopefully I can find a winning team this year!
